Netflix Recommended Shows

Netflix show Derry girls

I’m going to share with you some of my favourite shows on netflix that I’ve come to love especially throughout this pandemic, most of them are filled with laughs and put a smile on my face, and others I’ve rewatched just because they are great shows overall. If you’ve ran out of tv series to watch here a few to check out.

Derry Girls

I love love this show, it is a family-oriented british sit-com about Erin and her friends who live in Northern Ireland, and it just follows there everyday lives at school and home. This show will make you laugh out loud, the humour is so great. I’ve rewatched it a couple times now and it never fails to make me laugh.

The A LIST

The A list is a british mystery show, it is about a group of teenagers who are on a camping grounds for the summer; and so many mysterious things happen and it’s all because of a girl name Amber. There is a lot of rivalry, drama and unsolving involved within this show, the more you watch it the more interesting it gets. I highly recommend.

Outlander

This show I was skeptical to watch at first but it is an amazing show, it really did surprise me. It follows the adventure of Claire Maddox an english woman who unintentionally travels back into time to 1743 Scotland , trapped she encounters so many things that are a threat to her, falls in love and is torn between her new life and old life. The more you watch this show, the more you want to know.

Atypical

I was very vary before watching the show but as continued watching the show it became more intriguing and very funny, the show is about a teenager Sam who is on the autism spectrum, it follows his life as he dicovers new things such as getting a girlfriend, trying to get into college etc. The reason why I love this show so much is because Sam’s character overall personality is honest and straight to the point, and it really is what makes the show so unique and fascinating.

Emily in Paris

Emily in Paris is a new show that came out recently on Netflix and I love it. It has quirky humor and it follows Emily as she has to take a last minute job in Paris and is exciting but has to tackle drama at work and Paris itself as she can’t speak French.

Anne With an E

I discovered this show during lockdown and fell in love with it. It’s about a bright young girl Anne who has such an enthusiastic personality and a wild imagination gets adopted at Green Gables and she has to confront friendships, romance etc. I highly recommend this show.
