Wake Up Before Your Alarm

The sound of our alarm is not the most pleasant sound because it’s what wakes us up from our rest. Therefore most of the time when we hear that sound, our mood instantly changes.

You may be wondering in what way can you wake up before your alarm. The trick is to set your alarm for a few minutes after your original time. If your someone who normally wakes up at 7:00AM, before going to bed put an alarm for 7:15. That way because your body is used to waking up at seven, your body consciously may wake up in between this time.

This allows you to wake up before your alarm. If you find that your body is instinctively waking up, let it happen. The key is to not fall back asleep. When your body wakes up before your alarm, you may feel less tense because you woke up naturally and not from an annoying sound.

Time Everything If You’re Always In A Rush

If you’re the type of person that always seems to be in a rush in the mornings and ends up being late for everything, The trick is to time everything you do in the morning.

If you find that you take long showers in the morning and it takes up most of your time. Set a timer for 5-10mins before getting in the shower according to what time you have. Therefore you know whilst you’re in the shower that you still have time because you timed it perfectly in accordance to the time you have.

You can try this trick, where you time every arranged step you have to take whilst getting ready for the day . You will find that this life hack will make getting ready in the mornings less fussy and easygoing, because you don’t have to worry about how much time you have left on the clock. Here’s a Example;

Take a Shower the night before

If you’re someone who struggles to wake up in the morning, even when an alarm is blasting this tip is for you. The typical morning for a normal person is getting up and then taking a shower. If you find that the reason you have to get up earlier is because you have to fit a shower into your morning routine, take a shower in the evening instead before going to bed.

What you’ll find is that this gives you a few more minutes in the morning allowing you to sleep longer. You don’t have to worry about taking a shower in the morning. If you argue that you don’t feel hygienic when you don’t take a shower in the morning, there are many ways to feel fresh in the morning.

    There are many deodorants that you can put on at night, to prevent you from sweating and help you feel fresh in the morning.
